Many people have unwanted fatty deposits which they have been unable to diminish through diet and exercise. These deposits are commonly found in the areas of the thighs, hips, tummy, buttocks, waist, knees and ankles. The method through which these fatty deposits can be removed is called liposuction.
Lipoplasty, or liposuction, is a surgical technique used to contour the body by removing unwanted areas of fat. During the procedure, a hollow suction tube, or "cannula," is passed through small skin incisions and manipulated in such a way that the unwanted fat is broken up and transferred through the tube by the attached vacuum machine.
Facial liposuction can also be performed to remove excess fat in the cheeks, jowls, neck and chin areas. Facial liposuction can be carried out alone, or in combination with face lifting or chin augmentation.

Breast augmentation is an enhancement of the breast by placing a saline or saliastic implant to make your breast fuller and firmer, that looks so natural and adds more feminie vibrance.
Surgeons enlarge small breasts by implanting a prosthesis. Convalescence takes about two weeks. In the implant operation, the incision is made under the breast or around the areola, and scars are therefore hidden.
Large, sagging breasts are reduced in size and made firmer by the removal of excess tissue. To reduce the size of a breast, a number of incisions are required, but the scars are concealable by a brassiere. Convalescence may require 3-4 weeks.

Nose Lifting or Rhinoplasty, a surgery to reshape the nose, is one of the most common of all cosmetic surgery procedures. Rhinoplasty can reduce or increase the size of the nose, change the shape of the tip or the bridge, narrow the span of the nostrils, or change the angle between the nose and upper lip. It may also correct a birth defect or injury, and can help with some breathing problems.
The length and shape of a nose can be changed considerably by restructuring the bridge, tip and/or nostrils. Because incisions are made inside the nose, scars are invisible in most cases.

By tightening facial and neck skin and muscles, wrinkles can be smoothed and sagging reduced. Incisions are made in the hairline around the ear, but scars are hidden for the most part in the hair or creases in front and back of the ear. Evidence of the surgery usually disappears in about a month.
When lines and wrinkles are deep, a face-peel-chemosurgery might be desirable. In this procedure, a peeling agent is used to remove the outer layer of the skin, and as a result, the skin becomes firmer, smoother, and more elastic.

Eyelid surgery, technically called Blepharoplasty, is a procedure to remove fat, usually along with excess skin and muscle, from the upper and lower eyelids. It can correct drooping upper lids and puffy bags below the eyes - features that make you look older and more tired than you feel, and may even interfere with your vision. However, it won't remove crow's feet or other wrinkles, and it won't eliminate dark circles under your eyes or lift-sagging eyebrows. While it can add an upper eyelid crease to Asian eyes, it will not erase evidence of your ethnic or racial heritage.

Hair Transplant or Hair Replacement Technology is a procedure wherein human hair strands are used to refill the balded area of the scalp/head. It gives full thickness and natural look that makes it feel like real hair.
If a patient has sufficient amount of his own hair, small hair or bearing pieces of scalp can be removed from one area and grafted to the scalp in bald spots where it will grow normally.
Recovery from the surgery is rapid and sites of the transplant heal in about 2 weeks. Scars are generally hidden by the hair.

Varicosis is an extremely common disease that affects over half the population. The reason for its onset is still unknown; but certain factors, such as heredity, seem to play a decisive role. The condition can be aggravated by pregnancy, menopause, obesity, aging of the tissues, and the use of birth control pills and hormonal therapy.
Varicose Vein Removal or Sclerotherapy is the non-surgical treatment for varicose and spider veins. In this simple procedure, veins are injected with a sclerosing solution, which causes them to collapse and fade from view. The procedure may also remedy the bothersome symptoms associated with spider veins, including aching, burning, swelling and night cramps.

Chemical peel is a surgical procedure in which certain chemical agents are applied to skin that is wrinkled, scarred, or otherwise damaged. A solution, applied to the skin, causes it to form blisters and eventually peel, leaving a smoother surface.
There are 2 types of chemical peel techniques: one is a light peel used to remove superficial wrinkles; the other, a deep peel, which is often indicated for more severe conditions. Bandaging may be required for the deep peel but is not used with the light peel.
